Carter's Chronicles - 20 Months Old
I started out this month with a big accomplishment - I can now do a somersault!
Usually I prefer non-fiction books filled with real pictures, but I liked Curious George and the Fire Station so much I sat through the entire reading.
I can say my own name now.
I like talking at the dinner table, but if the conversation lulls I will make whatever I am eating into a phone and have a conversation that way too!
As well as talking, I have the habit of making a big mess while eating. One night after dinner I disappeared while the rest of the family was doing their responsibilities (taking their dishes to the sink). They thought I took off to go play and were surprised to find me coming around the corner, broom in hand, headed to clean up my own mess!
After bathtime and pajamas, I love waddling around like a penguin with Leah.
My new favorite song is Happy Birthday.
